Show off your Subaru!!

Picked up my first Impreza on Sunday. I've wanted one since my Dad bought one when they were fairly new to the UK all those years ago, so is great to finally get to own a childhood hero
Totally standard apart from the exhaust, although it's still pretty quiet. Need to have another proper look underneath when it stops raining!
A pic just after fetching it...

Congrats! That spoiler isn't standard either though
IMO the low level WRX spoiler suits the stance of the standard car better.
Forgot the spoiler! Usually I wouldn't buy one with bits stuck on but the rest of the car is in decent nick. Not keen on it being black though, think I'll change it to the same colour as the car at some point. IMO the low level WRX spoiler suits the stance of the standard car better.

Looks great, those wheels really suit it
Fitting refurbished 4 pots/disc/pads on my RA this week.RESSE, same wheels and doing the same brakes at the same time Mine only has twin pots up front as standard, so it should be a decent upgrade with some good discs and pads on too.

The (original) 2 pots are dreadful and are one of the reasons I have driven the car 70 miles since I purchased it in October 2013.RESSE, same wheels and doing the same brakes at the same time Mine only has twin pots up front as standard, so it should be a decent upgrade with some good discs and pads on too.
I had to wait for a good set of Subaru 4 pots to come up for sale and last week they did
Also discarding the induction kit/cold air feed and returning to standard air box set up:

Fitting refurbished 4 pots/disc/pads on my RA this week.I went about putting new front pads in my Turbo 2000 this weekend, and discovered there is a piston seized in both front calipers. No problem I thought, I'll get the calipers off and send them off to Godspeed for a refurb, except that both bd caliper bolts on the offside are rounded off.
I've ordered a set of those bolt extractor sockets, should be here on thursday, then I can send mine off for a refurb.
