Hi chaps, I bought a secondhand towbar for an impreza which I havent bought yet (it was a good price)
The towbar didnt come with any bolts, the bloke said imprezas are already 'towbar ready' and the bolts you need are already in the subframe.
Could anyone with a 2001-2008 impreza please check for me if they have towbar bolts?
If not then I've just bought a piece of scrap and I can't take it back because the bloke was massive!
Thanks

I don't have that particular Subaru but I find it hard to believe the bolts are included on the car. My towbar for a 2005 Legacy came with all the bolts.
The car was towbar ready - it had all the holes in the right place etc but bolts definitely come with the towbar.

Recently had my towbar taken off my 2006 hawkeye saloon (was also on my 2004 blobeye saloon) - the kit came with a few additional bolts and plates. I believe the saloon and estate kits were different though.
