edar said: Mines done 123,000 and, as far as I know, has the original clutch (blobeye). Not bad considering it's my daily driver, and, my track day steed It also has to put up with size 12's heel-and-toe! As for any useage, my partners daughter went off to Uni at the weekend so mine was used to cart some of her stuff down (we had to take two cars). I was amazed at how much these kids bring with them. Amongst the typical family cars crammed to the roof, I saw two VW transporter hire vans and a long wheel base Transit at the campus. God only knows what they thought they need, and how on earth they could fit it all into a student box room This is reassuring!

I got the p1 measured up for a sport cat and new backbox.
Also stopped in to chat to a body shop about sorting the rusty bumper hangers and repaint the front bumper.
On the lookout for p1 mats and gearknob...

I got hold of a cheap set of Blobeye rear clusters (well, being delivered soon) this week. If they arrive tomorrow I will be fitting them to the Bug.

Car wasn't running great for a bit AFM was knackered and turbo was on its last legs. Fitted a modified TD05 that was converted to front entry and had it mapped by Andy Forrest. Running great now Just last week I picked up a set of 2nd hand 16" wheels so that I can swap from low profile 17's to 16's with proper winter tyres in the next few months. Oh and I was out a run on Sunday through some lovely scottish countryside with a good few other PHers

Rear clusters arrived last night. I spent the evening looking at the box, so tonight i will actually begin the process of removing them from said box.
