2001 Outback Brake Squeal

Has anybody got any ideas to solve the front brakes squealing on a 2001 Outback H6, I have just replaced the Calipers, discs and pads? It only sounds as if it is coming from the offside, if I dab the brake pedal it stops and also if I turn the steering wheel slightly. Never come across this before.
