best place to sell my tappy bugeye.

as some of you will know, my bug developed a minor engine tap a year ago. it went into my garage and stayed there. after some great advice and offers of help from people in this section, i was all ready to get it fixed up at API.
that never actually happened, several other large expenses popped up and as it was my second car it got pushed to the back of the line.
ive just bought another car so i need it gone.
hows best to sell it? it still runs, has some goodies and the tap is very intermittant. it does not have tax or MOT any more. ive got discs and pads on a shelf in the garage too.
no idea if its worth anything or not.
