Toyo T1R's are fine in the dry but shocking in the wet. Goodyears in my eyes are the way forward.

Not sure where that comes from, T1R`s are great in the wet.

T1Rs are not known for their appalling wet weather abilities, their lifespan maybe but they're good in the wet.

I always stuck with the OE Bridgestone RE050's. Found them to be a good compromise between grip,wear and cost.
