What oil to use

Not long owned a 96 impreza wrx on 70k miles going to service it this weekend been told not to use Mobil 1 ? Any replies much appreciated

I use Motul 300V. Opie stock it at very good prices

I use fuschs Titan pro s , 10w 50 , not to forget to pre fill the oil filter to the top ,and removing crankshaft sensor to build up oil pressure before starting ,that's what I do anyway
