Radiator fans not coming on!

Hi all,

My new toy is overheating when idle and stuck in traffic. When you're moving its fine and cools down really quick. I am sure it's because the fans are not starting.

The previous owner lived in Wales and never really used it round town, so I suspect it's been like this for ages.

Any ideas?

Fuse or they havent been plugged back in when rads been out for cambelt change
