2002 52 plate Impreza WRX bugeye

Hello chaps,

Quick question for the Subaru experts, i've just acquired a 52 plate Impreza WRX with a blown head gasket, engine work will be getting done next week and the car is solid apart from the front frame that's pretty rusty. Most is just surface rust but where the ac condenser mounts is rusted right through, some pics below. Is this part of the frame replaceable? How would I go about it?

This is my first Subaru so know nothing about them
