2002 Forester

I have bought (wisely or not! who knows) an old Forester(I did also look at an old Freelander for twice the amount) just to muck about in locally, tow stuff to the tip, put the dog in and go to rallies.

What's a good forum?
Apart from this one of course!!
And does anyone know if other brand of car seats will fit in it.
Tyres; What's good for gravel roads and tarmac?
Standard size is 205 70 r15 what other sizes can be fitted to these rims?

Thanks that was what I was after. Most of the forums I have seen are OZ or USA.

Only cost me £1400 so not a huge amount to lose.

Don't know about other brands but most of the Impreza seats will fit.

As it's fairly old, check the brake pipes - they can rust at the ends where they come out of the plastic covering. A good dose of dinitrol, waxoyl will slow it down.
