Civic 2005 alarm help.

Hey guys, Iv just returned back from my honeymoon and the civic's battery was flat. I charged it back up, and now the alarm wont stop.
The remote locking doesn't do anything from the remote, but if i put the key in the lock it does unlock all the doors. I can start the car, but the alarm is going off and the hazard lights go crazy.

I have had a google, and tried everything that i have found. Just hoping somebody on here knows what can be done.

If the fob isnt working with the locks, it's possible the fob has become "unrecognised" by the car, or simply the fob battery is also flat. My first thing to try would be changing that fob battery. Otherwise you might need to get it recoded.

My 05 civic will set off alarms when I undo the locks with the key, but not when i unlock with the fob.
