It was a joke 
They have a lot to prove and a long way to go before they are anywhere near putting their craft on top of a rocket. I don't think we will see a Dreamchaser in space for another five years - if ever.
They have had funding problems over the last few years, Their project took a big knock when the undercarriage failed on the glide test in 2013 - full video of which they have never released.
