Atlantis has just gone over. Almost as bright as the ISS.

It was a couple of minutes later than the "heaven's above" schedule said and was actually on a track slightly north of the ISS.
Confirms my spot - I almost gave up on the shuttle.

thumbup Excellent view once iss cleared the "muck" (@30 deg az?) a very bright white then, it seems to take ages to rise then lunges past you!! Followed all the way in the Strathspeys, but with only X25 was only going to be a larger star, however some form was discernable, poss solar arrays. Followed iss into darkness, it went from white to red as it went into the shadow. Brilliant.

MoJo.

Ha! Got it. Need to play with the time next. Patio lights on near by though so didn't want to overexpose it.

Cool photos - they must have been shot within seconds of each other as well.

Now all we need is a good CT forum and a new "aliens are here to suck our blisters" thread.
