Good luck with the weather. Been hoping to get some good imaging done, fat chance at the moment.

All the next few are low elevation hobbies but still no clear skies.

Looks like the best pass for a while is tonight, 1831, West to East.

Not listed on the Heavens Above list of passes. Are you sure?

Checked and confirmed on Stellarium.

Heavens Above had dropped my "location" details so wasn't showing ISS passes for me because it didn't know where I was observing from. I've now logged in properly and it's showing the 18.30 pass.

Lovely and bright over London. Not seen it recently and after a few months it's just as awe inspiring as the very first time.

Nice pass over Farnborough too. First observation of the ISS for me in 2014.

Quick bump - the next series of passes start tomorrow night and go on for a few weeks, though for a decent overhead pass we need to wait until Friday.

For the first time i have seen the ISS.

She passed over just now and was in view for about a minute and a half. The full moon help spot her as the bright light reflected on the panels.

Luckily the kids got to see it but the wife was sceptical as she could not believe that it would be back in about 90 mins.

Good pass tonight.

It most definitely will be back - but it will go into the earth's shadow just as it arrives mear Jupiter so won't be visible for very long.

First time I have seen it to know what it is. Would a good pair of binoculars work to look at it through or would it still just look like a star?
