Sorry, but I don't see what you are asking for ideas about.

Are you sure that it wasn't the ARB bushes ? Maybe they have fitted new bushes but the bar itself is a little worn so your still getting some play.

Take it to a garage with a good rep. I wouldn't trust Kwik Fit with a pram

Nothing happens to 405 anti roll bars? they last for ever. The mountings that secure it to the sub frame often wear out though, simple job to replace.GSF car parts supply a kit for £7.20.If you mean a lower suspension ball joint? that also is a simple job, PROVIDING!,you use the special socket tool to unscrew it from the strut.GSF supply ball joints for £12.50.

If it was bushes, fair enough.

But ARB's would be ok forever give or take.

Do you have the exact wording on the fail certificates?

the 405 front arb bushes have to be fitted correctly

i recently found this when fitting new front suspension to my mi16.

the arb bushes needs to be clamped at the correct postion on the bar.

if they are not, then when the car is put back on it's wheels, it will actually twist the bushesin the mounts on the subframe
