hid bulbs

hi forum

this may be a stupid question but i dont know much about hid's just fitted a set of OSRAM XENARC 66140XNB NIGHT BREAKER UNLIMITED D1S to my car after a bulb went & i have this





the light output is patchy & i have dark spots (more so on drivers side)there genuine bulbs brand new out the box, ive checked to make sure there seated right

Are you sure they are genuine? Plenty of fakes.
Bulb not seated correctly?

they were ordered direct off amazon themselves (not a seller) so should not be fakes

ive checked & re checked to make sure there seated right, on my saab they click into place then a clip goes on but i can always check again

thought i'd offer a update, sent them back to amazon who sent me some more & the second set are spot on, no problems with either bulb
