You need to add a battery pack and charger.

I have an 18v Bosch impact driver - 160nm of torque.

It's a fantastic tool for DIY in the house, and is handy for removing bolts on the car - but won't undo a 125nm wheelnut.

That looks like it but I'm not sure that it is that model; I'll check tonight. It does have a big set of balls though.
