Coolant disappearing, but temperature is fine...

Had a coolant loss issue on MG ZR at one stage. Mechanic friend and I proceeded to replace inlet manifold, new radiator and a few other bits. HGF was ruled out as the symptoms were not pertaining to HGF. There was never any coolant leaking on to the ground. Took it to a garage and they carried out pressure test etc. In the end it turned out it was a tiny hole in one of the radiator hoses. It was only spraying out coolant whilst driving. £95 later and problem solved. A year later and the car did suffer from HGF. Now scrapped.
