Flare Nut Sizes to AN6 Fixing

Hi,

Ive pulled a flare nut from my cars leaky Powersteering Feed Port using a 17mm Flarenut spanner.

My question is what is the possible 'M' sizing of this.
I took it into B&Q for a cheeky sizing in the nut and bolt section, but they dont stock anything larger than M12

Ive found these 2 that could be contenders

-6 AN to 18mm x 1.5 Male O-Ring, Aeroquip FBM2609
-6 AN to 16mm O- RIng, Aeroquip FBM2608

I just dont want to buy the wrong fitting as it's going to cost at least £5 a pop, and thats expensive trial and error lol.

any ideas before i go out and find my calipers to measure it?

Take the fitting to your local hydraulics shop they should help ,pay cash ,don't go with a suit on !

Ok, ill have to try and do that on a weekend as im working during the in-week open hours
