Can you get enough of a swing to whack it with a hammer? The shock can sometimes help release it.

There are various penetrating oils I guess you've tried?

Not sure about heating it - someone else might advise.

Chisel the edges of it with a blunt chisel and a big hammer.

It's probably been smacked in cross-threaded by whoever was in there last.

I'd be very cautious about how you proceed, as if you get it out, it's quite possible you may not be able to refit it due to the damage to the sump thread.

You may find it's ok, you may not.

Bypassing the problem by sucking the oil out through the dipstick tube is a viable alternative.

Don’t go too mad with it, one of my mates had a seized sump plug in an Alfa gtv, it snapped leaving most of the threaded part in the sump so he couldn’t screw a new plug in or fill the thing with oil to drive it to a garage....

Maybe get one of those suction pumps and take the oil out that way?

I have used WD40, no success. There isn't much room for swinging a hammer as the wrench will fall.
Also the oil filter wouldn't come out, but I haven't did oil filter tool yet.

Suzuki Alto 2010, sorry didn't take picture. It's a 14mm nut.

Nearly lol... it's not foundered yet, still the wrench works on it but can't move it, as it's too tight.

There is not enough room for me to go properly under it to use chisel etc but can use a wrench.

WD40 is often treated as if it's a penetrating oil, but it's rubbish at that.

What sort of spanner are you using on the sump plug? What is stopping you from applying more torque?

When I have up, I thought about it lol. But I just bought a trolley jack, wheel chocks and wrench etc for it. So waste of money. Instead I should have bought a suction pump.

can you get a longer piece of tube over the wrench? it's surprising how much extra leverage you can get with a slightly longer handle. What is the sump made of?

Some are pressed steel, some are cast aluminium.
