2 keys only one operators locks?

Does this imply the 2 keys for this van are different? I have one set but the central locking appears to have gone faulty and won't open the van. The key I have won't turn the locks on the van door. Thanks for any advice is a Peugeot Partner. 2016.

Chances are the locks never been used and seized, squirt some WVD 40 in it.

Thanks I have done and will keep doing so every hour maybe to see if frees them. Anything else I could try?

Have you tried any of the other door locks on the van. Can you get in the back door and open the van from the inside for instance?

Thanks, yes have tired all the locks both front door and rear door. Neither will turn when the key inserted. So at present I can't get in the van. 😩
