Jitterbug at 1300rpm

The vehicle is a Peugeot 4007, basically an outlander with land rover engine I believe.
For the past 6 months or so at approx 1300rpm in 3rd or 4th and 2000rpm in 5th the car will jump and jitter. Changing gears, dropping the clutch or accelerating stops it.

I thought it was misfiring initially but put in for full service and no faults but still present.

The best description of how it feels is like when a new driver bunnyhops when pulling off.

Any ideas appreciated to investigate.

Thanks for a quick response. I hadn't considered the fly as there is none of the other issues you get with it, no vibrations or noise etc
Will give it a look tomorrow
