Ford fiesta 3dr driver sest does not go down

these a issue with the front seat went putting down. It just doesn't go down. Here is a video

Looks like either cable stretched or broken. If you look down the back at the base you might be able to see the catch and manipulate it to open.

In terms of fixing it, if broken then replace and if stretched you might be able to adjust it to take the stretch into account.
