Great piece of machinery. Photos on Flickr of it working pulling wind turbine parts behind it as late as two months ago.

Im talking about the tractor. Its model name will be something like 32-460, with the 32 referring to its weight.

Never a factory Scania BHP output.

It's a 164 580, may well have 640bhp if it's been chipped, but I'd guess if it has been chipped at that figure being a little higher

I meant 620. Is that the highest output available? Thatd make for a very nice 32 tonne tarmac tipper.

Same unit with different registration marks.

One of the heavy guys at work was needing to the driver of the Randolph Longline a few weeks back and he told him it was ex Bill Livingston

Too many small custom details on the chassis for them to be different units

Is it possible to re-plate a 54 onto a 05, that would make it appear newer which I thought was a big non-no as far as DVLA are concerned?

They look very different to me looking at the detailed parts!

Hi Guys
With reference to the two Longlines, I can confirm once and for all they are definitely different trucks. Bill Livingston still owns his one and the other is Randolph Transports. The two of them were ordered new by Give Transport in Denmark and they were delivered to two brothers, Finn Hansen and Carsten Hansen. Bill Livingston has the one that Finn had and Randolph has the one Carsten had.
The driver that said he had spoken to the driver of Randolph's Longline, certainly hasn't because its my son who drives it and he would never say it was ex Bill Livingston.
Hope this clears the subject up.
Ps....if anybody was at Truckfest Scotland, the two of them were on display not a hundred yards from each other.
