Inexperienced Drivers

There are quite a few places around here paying 650 for 50 hour weeks, it's all tipper work though and it's a struggle to get on though as most of the drivers have been there for 10+ years.

I looked at co-op a few months ago just because I fancied a change and they had the best wages, they're all rolling weeks though so you only get one weekend off in five and trying to get a holiday day for Sat/Sun is near impossible.
