He saved my ass, don't know him and couldn't say who he was driving for, he was in a 40 footer between Carlisle and Penrith, just after j42.
I was in a 7 1/2 curtain side, the wind had just had me up on 2 wheels, I saved it and was crawling to the next junction, it got me again, shoving me over the hard shoulder, he shot up the outside and blocked the wind, speed matched me and I got it back, he stayed with me until I could get off the motorway, I love him.

I saw on the news that an artic went over on the Humber bridge.
Although there was a rumour he should not of been on there anyw?ay

I saw a class 2 in a field on M6, I headed south on A6 not far from Kendal a 7 1/2 had pulled into a layby to wait the weather out, wind still blew it over

Must have been unnerving. The bridge was closed to high sided vehicles but it seems it's not unusual for drivers to miss the signs.
