License to drive 3cx

Wondered if anyone drives one and knows exactly what I need. I passed after 2001 but have been back and passed my 7.5t test but can see they weigh 8.5t ish so do I need to do hgv class 2? Cheers guys

You can drive a 3cx on a normal car licence.

Full tractor - which you get with a car licence ...

however working it commercially comes into stuff with certification and CSCS cards etc ...

Thanks guys,have looked into site license and seems logical enough process just couldn't get a definite answer on the road side of things. Cheers
