This is something I've been struggling with for a while now (about 2 years). Nearly all my work is away from home, and I average about 3 nights a week in hotels. The days I am home, I try to eat healthy, but I really struggle to find healthy food on the road, especially when staying in hotels, as I can't prepare any food myself.

Just wondering how everyone else manages?

M&S Simply Food or Waitrose in most Motorway service areas, reasonably priced.

I don't drive a lorry or work away, but do a lot of hours driving at this time of the year. You have a fridge in you cab don't you? I eat quite a lot of carrots, apples, grapes, celery etc which will live in the fridge and can be bought even in the small local supermarkets. Then take some sarnies of your choice. It certainly makes me feel better and less lethargic.
