Think I'm at the point where I'm ready to add a T25 camper to the fleet and more importantly my wife has sanctioned! Financially it makes more sense for me to do this in April/ May. However, I am guessing this is approaching peak market where everyone is looking. On one hand I guess this is when the most choice will be in the market place and therefore prices may be competitive etc. But also when people think they can charge the most? This is vs. the winter when there is less available but possibly bargains to be had? What are your thoughts.

Not sure if this should be treated as a general rule, but.......
We brought our t25 in April. We were looking from February, but saw a few dogs. The market size did increase and I reckon prices did not change too much between Feb and early April. At a guess maybe 4% increase, but enabled us to find the right one. (2.0 litre air cooled.....) I would do it again that way for the sake of a few quid.

I would have thought the best time would be at the close of season, November sort of time. Everyone is closing down for winter and people are thinking of upgrading for next year.

My brother is thinking about selling his T25. Westfalia top, new engine with LPG conversion, excellent bodywork. A real head turner. PM me if you want details or pics.
He has not advertised it yet but will sell.

Mike Thats what I was kind of hoping to hear as I'd rather not stretch myself to buy now. Thanks

Of course buy when you feel it's right, and buy the best you can afford. Ours has brought great enjoyment to the whole family.....go for it. However be prepared to both need and want to spend money on it.

I would just keep your eye out for a good van that comes up, they can pop up at any time rather than wait for a specific window. We bought our 2.1 T25 Holdsworth in September after seing so many sheds of T2 and T25s
