Kampa xl folding camp bed with a Andes 10cm self inflating mattress was lovely this weekend, you'll need a large sleeping area to fit it in though.

Aerobeds are great. I use their Active model for sleeping in our caravans awning.

I've just bought two of these to try. Sick of air beds going down!

I have tried all manner of folding / collapsible camp beds, airbeds ( Li-lo ) inflatable mattresses etc, but by far and away the best is the self-inflating sleeping mat.
Even the Aldi AdventureRidge version for only £12.99 is brilliant. It's only about 50mm thick when inflated but I find that in conjunction with my sleeping bag, blanket and a comfy pillow, it works for me. I sleep like log! cloud9 And it rolls up into a compact size as well.

We use a Coleman double air bed with foil back mats beneath it for insulation. You could probably find a king size air bed if girth is an issue?

We've had no issues with the cold floor smile wish we'd known about them for our first camping trip where we practically froze to death hehe

I find airbeds too bouncy and also too sweaty in hot weather. I much prefer to be off the ground, and I have one of these that I'm very happy with. Only 11 stone though, if weight makes a difference. Why not go to a camping shop and try some out?

I've got a single Mountain Equipment self-inflating roll mat which is great for backpack camping.

Just taken delivery of one of these for car camping for me and my wife, not yet used in anger in the field but it was bloody comfy in the living room last night!

Bit of a PITA rolling it back up again but I'm sure we'll get used to it.
