Six motorhome, caravan and camper van enthusiasts battle it out in the Caravan Club's inaugural competition to become Caravanner of the Year. Over two days, the contestants will take part in an awning assembly speed trial, before they are pushed to their limits by some challenging manoeuvres. Then, after competitive polishing and primping in the Concours D'Elegance, Chairman of the Caravan Club Grenville Chamberlain, journalist and motorhome maverick Andy Harris, and guest judge Lucy Jayne Grout choose the three who have earned a place in the final

It is rather entertaining, although not sure pushing your trailer in the manoeuvring contest counts!

Very enjoyable watch.

More innuendos than a Frankie Howerd film!

We rather, and unexpectedly, enjoyed that.

One of the judges was clearly a motorhome fan.

i loved the variation in vehicles.

Found some of it a painful to watch. Painted the image of caravan owners as old or a little quirky or both.

However, it was worth the hour of my life to see the chairman of the caravan club, aka the professional judge, rip the back end from his van just as he told his fellow judge of the grands worth of Wedgewood in the van.

Felt for him a little but not as much as I would if he was drinking his tea from a Melamine mug as we do!

I watched the Grand Final last night, had seen the semi and was curious enough to endure the final sleep
Gave caravan pee takers plenty more ammo' to churn out.for a good couple of years . Dreadful image portrayed.

I caught the last half an hour, didn't think it was that bad. I couldn't give a toss what people think of me just because I have a caravan - they can think/say what they like!
