Probably around 30 miles from Lowestoft, but not sure you'll get much closer to be honest.
I'd be tempted to pick up and go to North Norfolk coast from there, plenty of good sites that way. (unless you need to be Lowestoft of course)

Not quite where you're looking for, but not too far away, White Arches in Wellingborough rent campers.
We were there last weekend looking to buy a used MH and noticed their rental price list. Fairly reasonable I thought.

Wheels are all well and good, but have you considered Hamilton's Waterbreaks?
With the melting of the polar ice caps, most of East Anglia will be underwater in the next thirty years. So make the most of the stunning fens before the floods come.
It might look a bit pokey from the outside, but a Hamilton’s boat is deceptively large. My wife and I found it actually offers the kind of luxury and comfort you’d normally associate with a good quality static caravan.
This chemical toilet is a Saniflow 33. Now this little babe can cope with anything, and I mean anything. Earlier on I put in a pound of mashed-up Dundee cake. Let’s take a look. Not a trace. Peace of mind I’m sure, especially if you have elderly relatives on board.
