Bedford CF autosleeper camper van 1980's

Hi, I'm looking at a couple of these and wondered if anyone has any knowledge of them.

What I want to do is convert it to sell icecream from. The large central window makes it ideal for this (I think).
The interior would all be sripped out for conversion but I do need a sound vehicle/body.
They seem to have petrol engines so economy not going to be a strong point but then we won't do a huge mileage to galas/fetes so not to important.

Any info on things to look out for be appreciated.
