extra door locks

Do you have them fitted
which brands?
would you recommend them or advise steer clear?

I was looking at Fiamma extra door security.

I fitted the Fiamma Safe Door "Frame" versions to the cab door, hab door and garage - you can buy them in 3 packs so they all have the same key. I thought the vehicle door locks would have been easy to "pop" - far more secure with these. I suspect a determined thief may go through the windows.

I fitted the 'frame' versions of Fiamma ones myself on my first MH. I then got the dealer to fit the 'body' versions to my second MH before we picked it up. Milenco can do the 3 pack with the same lock and key but it needs to be asked for (as a special order).

I have also had a Fiamma 'D' lock/handle fitted to both my MH's as well.

I also have 'Lock em Out' devices on each window as well as Milenco window alarms.


None of this makes it foolproof however...

1) It would slow down a potential thief so might make them think twice about having a go at my MH.

2) It makes the MH next to mine an easier target so again, maybe mine wont get done!
