My Way Of Over Nighting In The Van

I Bought A Transit Just As A Means Of Transport Originally But Idea's Started To Grow .......... It Now Has Double Removable Seats An Insulated Floor, New Plywood Floor, Insulated Roof Using Bubble Foil Spray Glued On , And Now I'm Building Some Benches That Will Convert To An Overnight Bed Across The Rear The Bed Will Be 48" Wide by 69" Length As Im 6ft I Shall Have To Bend My Legs To Sleep , But It's Only For Occasional Use So No Probs.
So Iv'e Bought The Plywood , A Sheet Sander And A Router ! Now Iv'e Never Ever Used One Of These So Fingers Crossed It All Works Out.
I Intend To Build Two 4ft Long Benches Down Each Side With A Table In Between For Day Use , Then Night Time Use The Table Will Remove And A Slatted Base Will Make Up The Bed Hopefully

Bed down (need to get end piece of foam covered) now I Have to Take Out And Varnish and Sand Then Varnish and Sand about 4 coats I Reckon
