Having dragged the van from its winter storage yesterday and laboriously washed it with soapy water...

I wondered if any of the caravan cleaners are any good? If so which ones do you recommend?

TIA

Don't use anything too abrasive, it will get rid of the streaks but take away the "shine".

Autoglym is good.

I've just done our motorhome, cleaned with Silky cream cleaner which seemed OK. Didn't amaze me but got rid of the black streaks and greasy muck etc. That's after 5 months and 10,000 miles with no cleaning other than one quick petrol station jetwash to get the salt off it.
Have used Colinite wax over the whole thing which does actually seem pretty decent. We did the roof with it last year to minimise the streaking down the sides and it's done a great job of stopping the dirt sticking so much.

Lots of people swear by Fenwicks, but personally I can't take any company seriously with a product called Bobby Dazzler.

Fenwick's products generally get a good write-up, their black streak remover certainly works

Car shampoo is reckoned to be too harsh but my 16 year old van is probably past caring.

Keep your eye out for when Aldi have their camping/caravan offers on. Their black streak remover is dead good and really cheap too...
