Halb, I think the Thenn Warg is still alive isn't he? I thought Melisandre kills him with fire when Stannis rocks up. She burns the hawk which feeds back into the Warg?

I'll rewatch it tomorrow.
I guess all Thenns are bald so there is a chance he is alive.
I thought it was Styr due to the size.

Would be funny if the undead 'surprise' at the end of episode was Stonheart - can imagine lots of WTFs in the other thread after the next episode

I was hoping for Cat. But after reading stuff on ASOIAF, I doubt we'll see her, and it's probably for the best.
There is just too much to get through.

There will be a lot of prosthetics in it; Bloodraven, wights, maybe White Walkers...and of course, this.

It's been a while since I read the books. I can't remember how long after the trial by combat it is before Tyrion exacts his revenge on Shae and Tywin. I wonder whether we'll see that in Ep 10?

I had thought that may be part of Ep 9, since it's usually the series "big" episode, but obviously not with the focus on the Wall. I do wonder whether they'll hold it over until next year now, since Ep 10 tends usually to be quite quiet after the big Ep 9.

That said, I suppose series 1 did end on sort of a bang, with Daenerys and the dragons emerging from the flames, so you never know....

I reckon theyll just have Jamie opening the door and Varys leading him out down some stray darkened corridor, leaving Shae/Tywin till next year.

I wonder if Bri vs Hound will happen and if Bri takes Ayra to Bravoos as a way of keeping her safe? Though i guess that depends on how much 'Cat' plays a part in the soon to be released books...

Dani - im guessing she'll be whisked away by Drogon (though who really cares tbh)

Sansa - Anything she know does will not be known to us book readers (well not really bar leaving the eyrie/marriage proposal)

Hopefully Drogon will eat Dany. It's odd how the series has changed my perception of characters. I really liked Dany in the books but TV Dany is annoying. Vice versa for Sansa
