Surprised there isn't a thread for this. "Mummy Porn" book 50 Shades Of Grey is now the fastest selling book in UK history out-selling even Harry Potter in its hey-day. http://news.sky.com/home/showbiz-news/article/1624...Written by a woman for women its basically an S&M novel for the girls. I suspect many a bloke had given this as a present to his partner in the hopes of some added action that night

Everyone is reading it. I have a theory that it's publication is the overriding reasons for having the wettest summer on record.
Anyway the filth doesn't really start until chapter 11 - and it took her ages to get that far.

I keep seeing FB updates along the lines of 'reading 50 shades of grey - ooerr' or 'early night with 50 shades of grey'. These seem to be completely acceptable. If I put 'Been sitting on my hand for an hour and now going off to the coal shed with a copy of the Summer '87 Littlewoods catalogue' the reaction would be totally different. Blimmin sexism I tells ya.

I have a theory about this.
if it was blokes going mad for this, it'd be seen as sleazy and disgusting. Because it's wenches who are enjoying it they see nothing wrong with it, yet if their bloke suggested actually doing some of the stuff in there they'd decline without a second thought.
