Does anyone have any tips for finding audiobooks on spotify (or indeed, any non-music content). Given the limited stuff available, searching can be a bit hit and miss!

Never crossed my mind they had any! It does look very limited, seems to be mostly very well known short books, but I did find a few audiobook playlists.

As above or audiobook specific sites are probably the best way to do it. Audible may be overpriced depending on how much you listen and how long the books are, but it has a surprisingly huge library. I read D&D Forgotten Realms setting novels but try to listen as much as I can and I've come across very few they don't have, though occasionally negated by some American narrators with horrendous accents and/or weird stilted cadence which is unlistenable. I get through one every 2-3 weeks (12-15hrs), but my books are usually trilogies so it's not necessarily cost effective if you want to keep going. Let's just say being able to search Audible helps getting them elsewhere...
