I read The Game some time ago and thought I'd check in and see how Neil's life has progressed in the 10 years since. I've just finished The Truth and have come to the conclusion that there are a lot of f*#ked up people out there. Neil has laid is demons bare for all to see and the common theme seems to be for all those that are heavily sexually promiscuous seem to have screwed up childhoods and are looking for something in their life that they didn't get as a child.

I found The Truth really slow for the first third of the book, the second third was an absolute titillating ride that you just couldn't make up that saw me laughing out loud on occasions thinking that you just couldn't make this s*$t up and "he actually" did that!! The last part is a fantastic journey Neil takes the reader on which sees him reversing his way of life a complete 180 leading him to what he has been missing all his life.

If anybody has read The Game I would recommend that you check back in with Neil to see how his seemingly ideal male life turns out afterwards. It would be inappropriate for me to possibly say that I have the highest respect for his journey as no doubt he hurt or at least aided peoples deep rooted problems over the years, but it was obviously a blast for which he appears to be a much better person as a result and for him to want to do that, I have the highest level of respect.

Hopefully he can continue to work at it as it would be a real shame for it to revert back, as tempting as that might seem for somebody who has experienced what he has in life.
