I was a very angry man and a bit of a bellend when I was 18/19.

Was a tyre fitter, matey pushed over my tyre rack which immediately produced him a smack in the kisser. Boss saw the bruise a few hours later, he grassed me in. I got sacked. Not really a fight.

I can also recommend Lau Gaur Kung Fu though. Practical
and useful knowledge of defence against various fruits that'll stay with me.
