half an hour in and Ive barely looked up at the screen.

23 minutes on another tedious race in a car hardly anyone will ever own.

Its boring. Oh dimbleby is on now, maybe itll perk up.

Have to admit, throughout most of TG tonight, I have been bored! Tonight it was a 'motoring' program in its loosest possible sense!

OK lets spice things up a bit! Is Clarkson helping the cause here?

[Victor Mode: on]
Plans to drive 1200 miles without a break, takes hands off wheel to open crisps, eats while driving, tailgates a nova (driver not upgraded to a micra yet), drives till he is absolutely shattered, "60 ish" in a 60 in Sweden
[Victor Mode: off]

oh! but the SLR

Really enjoyed that TG. More than any other so far this series. FFWD the Star in a blah, tho.

At the risk of sounding grandad, I did comment to the missus about how I think there will be 'trouble' on the back of Clarkson's driving.

I didn't see anything wrong with his driving, there have been enough posts on here lambasting stories in the press of people being pulled over by the law for drinking or eating a mars bar whilst driving. He just proved it makes no difference whatsoever. No different to turning up the volume on the radio, lighting a cigarette, sneezing, or pointing at a lovely horse in a field and going "aaaaah".

Common sence of being able to use both hands to open a packet of crisps at 70MPH or booking a hotel when you know you have to drive >1000 miles?
