Never had any problems insuring my car - always gone with Aon, throught the MMOC. Even with 0 no claims, two previous write-offs and numerous small claims, plus the fact that I've only been driving since I was 26 (I'm 31 now), my fully comp is less than £400 per annum.

Got a quote from Adrian Flux before I bought an S2000 last weekend, they quoted £575, when I rang to buy the insurance they said it was only an estimate and the actual insurance was £1050, how the hell is that an estimate?

Try A Plan insurance, (phone during the day)

Thats who have given me the best quote. Just over £1000. £200 cheaper than my renewal quote from Adrian Flux.

or confused.com.

Now thats a rubbish website. I've used it twice and both times it couldn't contact many of the companies, and the ones it could contact were 100% more expensive than a proper quote over the phone.
