That is very true.
CCC takes all the hassle away and is very useful for 'youngsters'(you have to be only over 23 to join) to avoid the perilous insurance costs should you want to drive something like a Ferrari.

It' a great idea - though the EType is considerably cheaper to run per annum BUT spends time being fixed, a relative has joined and thinks its the dogs

That's great - have they made it to one of the members evenings yet?

I've been a member for 18 months and I've never made it to a members evening.

Simon - why haven't you come down?
Great for a game of pool and to chill out....drink and a good feed....and of course to talk!
What's your favourite car on the fleet at the moment?

Superb....what a car!
That's up in the CCC Midlands branch isn't it??
Wouldn't mind having a drive of that when I'm in that neck of the woods.

What other cars has your Dad or other Pistonheads CCC members had out? Pics please!!

I work too far away, and can't get to the club midweek.

Just been out in the Club's new Porsche 911 Turbo.
Wow - has she got guts - super condition and surprisingly easy to drive!
Any CCC members wanna chat?

I can tell you what type of 911 it is 'cos I've just booked it from the London branch!!!!

It's a 1979 3.3 Turbo and has only covered 70,000 miles. It's metallic blue with a black interior and absolutely stunning.

I took the Classic Car Club's 1973 911 Carrera RS down to the Goodwood Revival in September and that was a real hoot too!!! Lovely car - see photo...

I've had that. It'd great. The nicest car to be stuck in traffic in. If the ForFour is a lounge then the Bentley is a 'drawing room.

If the Bentley's a drawing room - what's the Rolls Royce Silver Spirit they've just added to the fleet?
A barge....boat.....tank!

Dad got an Email saying they had gone into recivership today.

Not surprising really, half the fleet written off in two weeks. People treating the cars like shite etc etc...
