Go back a few pages and read Peacock Anthony's post - he claimed Toto was good friends with Masi.
Better still, don’t. Your time is too valuable!

Oh look, another thread that's turned to Verstappen and AD21.

There are threads F1 threads and many others I have a look at and then decide nah, not interested in this one leave it alone… why try and police it?
Nothing untrue re the post you’re referring to.
The post that states Masi got sacked for not following FIA direction to ensure LH won the 21 WDC ?
That post was ridiculous…
I was referring to this post re nothing untrue being said:

Several Max fanbois have insisted since Masi was not fired it proves there was nothing wrong with his decisions. Therefore this case proves she did nothing wrong because she was not fired either when using that logic.

Good on Susi Wolff.

Some excitement during the off season.

What are the odds that by the first race of 2024 there's a new boss at the FIA?

If ben Sulayem's fingerprints are anywhere near this he's toast, IMO.

What is a fanbois a raspberry, someone who really enjoys a drink or wood?

I would need to read the protocols but I think the election process takes some time.

Protocols, schmotocols!

At the beginning of the year he said that he was stepping back from F1 involvement.

He's done the absolute opposite. He's got a problem with Toto. But, Toto has huge players backing him.

The whole of F1 lined up against Suleman yesterday.

He's too gobby. He gone. yes

He is not the first President of the FIA to act as though he is untouchable, they are usually smarter operators than MBS though.

I've often taken the piss out of his ego boosting world tour, always on the podium or the first to greet the race winner as though this is about him, on a more serious note I've commented on his constant interference in areas that are not in his remit or helpful to the sport.

It's now got to the stage where he should be forcibly removed, I suspect that will be difficult in an organisation like the FIA, these type of people tend to be untouchable and have equally idiotic supporters in the national bodies higher ranks which elect them.

I was hoping, being a rally man, he would just get on with doing the job in Paris/Geneva and see if the FIA could do something to drag that side of the sport out of a freefall failure. He's done fk all and we now have the absurd situation where the WRC world champion cant even be arsed to do a full program next year.

Without the ACO/IMSA doing such a stellar job of the sportscar racing side of motorsport, that would likely be on its arse too.

The sooner the FIA get a serious leader in place again the better, despite the pain in the arse they can sometimes be, they fulfil a serious role that must be done properly. Jean Todt was not everyone's cup of tea, but he mostly stayed in the background doing a solid job.

'F1 Business's original article is their very own suicide note.

Mercedes will sue them into receivership.

Public acknowledgement of no wrong doing on the Wolves end.

Statement of retracement (not sure that's the right word but meh).

Private, ongoing nosh points to be cashed at a later date for Merc.
