Best way to do Monaco GP in 2015?

So, what's the best way to do the Monaco GP next year?

Budget is around £3k ish for a long weekend trip there for two.

Is a package deal with a tour company worthwhile or can I get a cool hotel and viewing point by arranging this myself?
