Kimi To Retire At End Of 2015 Season
Discussion
Does anyone else think that Ferrari are favouring Vettel over Kimi?
In the last few races I've seen Ferrari using Kimi as a 'Guinea Pig' when it comes to strategy letting Vettel get ahead and leaving Kimi behind. Take Silverstone'15 for example I bet they would not have put intermediate tyres on early for Vettel like they did with Kimi which ruined his race.

Wasn't it Kimi's call?In the last few races I've seen Ferrari using Kimi as a 'Guinea Pig' when it comes to strategy letting Vettel get ahead and leaving Kimi behind. TBH I hope he Alonso and button along with massa leave at the end of the year they have all had there time and not going any further well with titles anyway. Would rather see the master the wec than run around nursing tyres/fuel/brakes in a hour and half race.
Why would Massa go? He is currently in a competitive car and beating his team mate. If we go by chance of winning another WDC then all but 2 drivers on the grid should retire...
Personally I would like to see Button and Raikkonen stick around another year or two, I believe they both have the ability to perform given a winning car. Alonso I couldn't care less about really.

Never held massa with much regard tbh.
JB would love to stay in F1, the pinnacle of motorsport. Alonso isn't going anywhere at the moment as he has a fantastic contract.
How much did JB drop his contract to stay with McLaren this year? He would do so again for a seat in 2016.
Alonso, I think will stick out 2015 and then have a legitimate case to break his contract with McLaren, due to the failings of Honda. However, there are so many younger/cheaper/more hungry drivers out there, would Alonso get another seat? He'd be high on the list of wants, but his contracts requirements would be sky-high in comparison to the current young guns.
Hate seeing McLaren like this though. I was there at Silverstone wearing my McLaren T-shirt etc, along with my son. It is embarrassing seeing them limp home in last, if they can actually finish at all.
I'd rather not see them compete than watch them not qualify or not finish the race itself week after week.
Back on topic... Kimi will be gone end of this season and replaced by...JB. You heard it hear first! He'll be cheap and desperate to stay in F1. I don't think Ferrari will be keen to gamble with one of the youngsters. JB will be there to help Seb only.
Bottas I think will want to stay with Williams and become their Nr 1 driver, as their car is fast becoming the 2nd most competitive car out there, behind AMG. Ferrari aren't far behind.

I don't think JB is THAT desperate to remain in F1. I think he and Alonso will stay put and hope for better things. And there's always the £££.
Alonso could still get a seat anywhere (barring Ferrari perhaps) and he's still not too old to win a WDC or two. He'll need better luck and judgement though.
