Scary crash. Driver was 'only' 20. Wait till we get a 16 year old in an F1 car!, great idea - what could go wrong ?
Age has nothing to do with it. One can fly solo in the UK at 16. All he's got to do is work on his round out and touch down.
We have 17 year old race in our series, some are mega quick, they sure as he'll are not ready for F1 after one seasons racing fast enough maybe, fully prepared certainly not.

I can confirm it's a tad wet at Pouhon.

At least it's not hailing anymore.

Why are the speed trap figures so low? 289kph lowest and the highest is only 309.

They exit Eau Rouge at about 290 I thought they normally hit nearly 340 on the long Kemmel straight?
The speed trap is at the top of Eau Rouge. According to the bbc fp2 coverage

Now the best time to have to correct is not as you come through Raidillon.

Perhaps these guys are worth their money after all.

Williams might not have brought many new parts, but that's impressive position for a wet track when their car seems like it mainly relies on the underbody downforce compared to many.

Mercedes 1.7s clear of the field. It is a long time since we have seen this sort of dominance at Spa. They are racing in a different category to the rest.

Might be even worse in this session, I've a feeling Rosberg and Hamilton both deliberately didn't string a full lap together of flat out sectors to show their hand to each other.
