Why is it, every thread in the f1 forum either starts off, or by the end of the first page moves over to Lewis hating brigade (also referred to as trolls) get going with their crap!?..

I agree to a degree, but they are not mutually exclusive. Great drivers tend to be great at speaking and have a confident maturity.

Kimis a one off isn't he? He just doesn't give a flying fk about anything does he? He has zero interest in courting any type of publicity or self promotion etc. I understand that away from the camera with friends he is an absolute scream.

You see little flashes of that from time to time. For example, the lawnmower racing he did with Sky F1. He was grinning like a loon, making little funnies like pulling a visor rip-off before the race started (to much laughter from Brundle, Herbert, etc), and really went for the racing. Then afterwards, they they got down to interview, each sat on their lawnmowers. First question was that they couldn't believe he turned up & participated, and he grinned and said it was a laugh. Then the proper interview questions started and he just switched off like a light bulb and was immediately into "corporate mode" (ie. monosyllabic non-committal answers). k about anything does he?
