Why is it so expensive originally?
If you have 200k for the car then.....
Ok. I had been wondering if it was very good quality/ proper Gore Tex etc, or just the name.

Bought these dreadful looking things this morning.

Tacky, hideous, crap - just some of the polite descriptions I received from my 9 year old son & swmbo.

Yes they look awful however they are extremely comfortable & will be ideal for when I get back on my bike in a couple of week's.

Oh yeah. The price.

Marked up at £70, reduced to £17.50 in the Puma shop 'sale' & at the till they went through for a mere £5.00!!!

So for a fiver I will look like a complete tool on my bike.

However do I care?

No.
